Mindful coaching

Mindful coaching combines mindfulness, being present and coaching. Mindful coaching helps you to slow down and be fully present in the coaching sessions.

Mindful coaching will also help you to learn mindfulness and meditation skills, which you will be able to use in daily life, as well as learning how to incorporate new habits into your life and increase happiness.

As a mindful coach I want to be your collaborative partner in creating the changes you want for yourself, a source of encouragement, accountability and support, and brainstorming partner for generating ideas and plans. I want to help you achieve the levels of satisfaction and fulfillment that you want, encourage you to grow in your personal and professional life, establish healthy habits and take back control of your decisions and your time.

Together we will establish possibilities, options and solutions, challenge limiting belief systems, develop an empowered state of mind and help you become inspired and confident.

Mindful coaching is all about finding clarity and alignment with your authentic self. Being able to respond in the present moment and make decisions which are wholly for you.

With mindful coaching we will work together to discover what brings you joy, how to make the most of all of your time and how to find balance and be more present.
